Privacy

What we collect, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

Short, because there is not much to say. This site has no analytics, no advertising and no cookies of its own.

What we collect. Only what you type into the contact form: your name, organisation, email, phone if you give it, the nature of the situation, a short description and how you prefer to be contacted. If you email us instead, we hold that email.

The Canada fit check. The ten answers you give are processed in your browser and are not sent anywhere unless you ask for the full report. If you do, your answers (including any you revised), your name, work email, company and website address are sent with the form so the report can be prepared. The website address is used to run a security and AI visibility review of your public site; nothing is logged into or probed beyond what any visitor can see.

Where it is stored. Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site, on servers in the United States, and forwarded by email to James Yau. We keep them for as long as the conversation is live and for up to two years afterwards.

What we do with it. We use it to reply to you and to prepare for the conversation you asked for. We do not sell it, share it outside JYCO Partners, add you to a mailing list or use it for advertising. Nothing you tell us about your situation is disclosed to anyone else without your written agreement.

Third parties. The site serves its own typefaces. There are no analytics scripts, social media pixels or embedded content from other companies. Netlify records standard server logs for security and reliability and deletes them on its own schedule.

Your rights. Email james@jycopartners.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We answer within two working days and delete within ten. GDPR rights apply to visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom and are honoured without argument.
